Summary
PPM Recruitment are recruiting for a Caretaker in the Ellesmere Port area.
The position is going around council buildings preparing, operating and all security arrangement ares in place for the arrival and departure of staff and visitors.
- Carry out all portering duties including checking of fire and alarm systems in all operational buildings and to assist in fire evacuations
- Monitoring of staff car parks including the checking of validity of staff passes
- To ensure all stocks and provisions are maintained throughout the buildings
- Carry out basic Maintenance activities such as weekly flushing of water outlets
- Meet and liaise with contractors and Engineers on site
Working hours is on a shift pattern:
- Week 1 06:30-14:30
- Week 2 11:30-19:30
The candidate must be able to drive, a works van will be issued but will remain on site.
