Your Role:
As a key member of our compassionate team, you'll have the opportunity to:
Build Genuine Connections: Offer companionship and support independence in everyday activities.
Support Personal Care: Assist with washing, dressing, and daily routines with kindness and respect.
Manage Medications: Help ensure clients take their medications safely and correctly.
Light Household Tasks: Create a warm, comfortable environment through simple chores.
What We’re Looking For:
No prior care experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and a friendly, supportive environment. We value individuals who are:
Compassionate & Caring: Driven by kindness and a genuine desire to help.
Dependable & Punctual: Take pride in your work and reliability.
Flexible & Adaptable: Available for shifts on weekends and shifts that fit your schedule.
Eager to Learn: Willing to complete a four-day training program to excel in your role.
Have a Driving License? Having access to a vehicle and a valid license is preferred, but not essential.
What You Need:
Minimum 1 year of care experience.
Work authorization for the UK (no sponsorship available).
Reliable commuting or willingness to relocate to Aylesford.
