Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the business unit.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence effectively.
Assist in scheduling meetings and organizing events for the department.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documents are up to date.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff as required.
Respond to inquiries from staff and external contacts in a timely manner.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks.
