- Working closely with students, teachers, and parents to identify and address behavioural challenges
- Developing and implementing individualised behaviour support plans tailored to each student's needs

- Collaborating with the school's multi-disciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to student support
- Monitoring and evaluating student progress, adjusting support plans as necessary
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of student interventions and outcomes
- Promoting a positive and inclusive school environment that fosters growth and learning
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience working with children and adolescents with behavioural challenges
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A deep understanding of behaviour management strategies and techniques
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to student success
- Proficiency in using educational technology and data management systems
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic school environment
