We are currently partnering with one of the UK's leading automotive accident repair specialists to recruit a highly skilled Vehicle Panel Beater for their Hereford centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Vehicle Panel Beater to develop their career within a reputable, expanding organisation that offers long-term stability and progression.

- Competitive starting salary of up to £22 per hour, dependent on experience
- Uncapped, performance-related bonus with an OTE of approximately £55,000 - £60,000 annually
- £5,000 joining bonus, paid in instalments over 12 months
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times

Key Duties:
- Replace and repair damaged or compromised bodywork panels
- Conduct chassis and framework repairs
- Assess vehicle damage accurately and determine appropriate repair methods
- Carry out bumper and door repair works as necessary
- Ensure all panel beating and repair work meets strict quality standards, both internally and for third parties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and safe operations at the centre
What Our Client is Looking for:
- Current or recent experience working as a Vehicle Panel Beater
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent is desirable; however, strong hands-on experience will also be considered
- Good eye for detail and high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with good communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- ATA accreditation or experience working to BSI 10125 Kitemark Standards would be advantageous but is not essential
