Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mobile Vehicle SMART Repairer on behalf of our client, a multi-award-winning leader in the mobile vehicle SMART repair industry across the UK. Key duties of the Mobile SMART Repairer include:
- Visiting customers across Swansea and the surrounding region at their home or place of work
- Performing minor cosmetic repairs such as bumper scuffs, alloy chips, and surface paint damage
- Delivering high-quality repairs on the first visit to maximise customer satisfaction
- Managing your own schedule independently, supported by your Sector Manager and Head Office team
- Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety and product usage
- Building strong rapport with clients through excellent customer service
Candidate for the Mobile SMART Repair Technician role should possess:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle SMART Repair Technician, either mobile or workshop-based, or transferable automotive accident repair skills such as re-spraying, filling, and prepping
- A proactive, organised, and methodical approach to work with the ability to work independently
- Exceptional customer service skills to represent our client professionally
- A valid UK driving licence
- The motivation to maintain high standards of workmanship while working autonomously across a diverse customer base
