Full-Time Administrator - Construction CompanyJob Location: On Construction site
Job Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Job Contract: Minimum 2 years (potential to extend to 3 years)
Job Rate: £14.50 per hour
About the Role:We're seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join our construction team on a long-term basis. This is a key role, supporting site operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain filing systems and documentation
  • Carry out Biosite checks and assist with site set-up processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the site team
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous administration experience (construction industry experience an advantage)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using IT systems and managing records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a busy site team
  • Reliable, proactive, and committed to a long-term contract
