To be a passenger assistant to a disabled lady- wheelchair user.
To keep her safe.
Roles and Responsibilities
To observe and keep individual safe while travelling to a day centre in Eccles and back to her home address in Irlam.
About Me
Wheelchair user- doesn’t leave the chair for travel.
Individual is non verbal.

Do I smoke?- No
Can PA smoke during work hours? No
Required Training
Patient.

Hourly Rate- £12.60
Hours Per Week- 3 hours per week-may be more offered to stay at centre for support.
How will the hours be used- 3 days a week. Around 9am- 20-30 min journey. Dropped off at 2.45pm- 20-30 minute journey. Using taxis.
