We’re looking for a compassionate, proactive Autism Support Coach to join our Employment and Inclusion Support team. This role is part of the Norfolk Adult Autism Short-Term Support Service, offering tailored, time-limited support to autistic adults to help reduce the need for formal social care assessments.

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver person-centred coaching to autistic adults in Diss and the surrounding areas.
• Help individuals overcome barriers to accessing services, community activities, employment, and learning.
• Create and manage coaching plans with SMART objectives and progression pathways.
• Facilitate group and individual coaching sessions in community settings.
• Build relationships with local services and stakeholders to support holistic outcomes.
• Promote peer support groups and contribute to service development.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding and GDPR standards.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working with autistic adults and/or people with learning disabilities.
• Level 2 qualification in IAG, Coaching, Mentoring, Teaching – or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly across Norfolk.
• Confident using MS Office and managing service documentation.
• Knowledge of local services and labour market information is a plus.
