Be dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated
Be able to develop positive relationships with young children
Be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour
Have experience of working with children with SEN
Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team
Be a confident and clear communicator with parents

The Details
Start Date: ASAPHours: 26.65hrs a week - Monday - Friday 9am – 3.20pm (Term-time 38.6 weeks)
Salary: GLF Associate 2.1 £23,651 FTEPro-rata Salary: £14,907.81Contract Type: FTC until 31st August 2026Closing Date: Friday 21st November at 9.30amInterview Date: TBC
