SEN Teaching Assistant William Morris School, Eastington, Stonehouse, Gloucestershire GL10 3SH Start date: January 2026 (or sooner)
Would you like to make a difference and work for a charity? Novalis Trust is a charity that supports children and adults with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties and other learning needs. William Morris School is trauma informed, attachment focused, and relationship based supporting young people who in some cases have experienced childhood trauma and adversity and who as a result have complex needs. Responsibilities for this role: • Teaching Assistants have a crucial role in the school, through establishing key relationships with students, and through these relationships supporting engagement, motivation and skills development.
