Machine Operative

Location: Tewkesbury
Hours: 37.5 per week, 5 days over 7 (shift work - flexibility required)
Salary: £13.17 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Machine Operative to join a busy production team in Tewkesbury. This is an entry-level role in a fast-paced production environment, with hands-on experience operating a variety of machinery. Full training will be provided, so previous experience isn't essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a variety of machinery to produce and pack products.

  • Pack finished products and prepare them for distribution.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, health, and safety at all times.

  • Follow all site procedures and report any issues promptly.

  • Work flexibly to meet production demands and cover shifts as needed.

  • Assist with training or supporting team members where required.

  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
