We’re now looking for a dedicated and organised Service Co-ordinator to join our team in Cwmbran. We’re looking for someone with:
• Proven experience in service coordination, fleet management, or engineering support
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A structured, fair, and collaborative approach to leadership
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, compliance, and job closure processes
• Proficiency in Syrinx, Excel, and scheduling systems (or the ability to learn quickly)
• A genuine commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
What will your role look like?
As Service Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the Key Accounts team, ensuring our maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You will:
• Manage and schedule planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Allocate technicians, tools, and parts to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
• Act as the main point of contact for key customers, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships
• Oversee compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records in Syrinx
• Monitor and analyse KPIs to identify areas for improvement
• Support and mentor technicians, apprentices, and support staff to maintain high team performance
