Customer Service Advisor (Part-Time, Temporary Contract)
Location: Liverpool
Contract Type: Temporary (until end of January 2026) immediate start
Working Hours: Part-time, flexible between 15 - 24 hours per week
Working Days: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 08:00-18:00
Hourly Rate: £12.60ph

About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Using internal systems, you will:
* Contact customers due for service and MOT appointments (including some sales activity)
* Promote additional products and services
* Manage and update customer databases
* Provide administrative support to the service team
* Occasionally cover basic service advising duties during staff absence

What We're Looking For
This role is primarily phone-based, so previous experience in a call centre or telephone sales environment is preferred. You'll also need:
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Proven ability to up sell and handle customer queries confidently
