Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm, Friday 7:00am-1:00pm

About the Role
Vibe Recruits client is looking for a hands-on Screen/Digital Print Operator to support print and assembly operations within a busy manufacturing environment. The role involves producing high-quality safety and informational products using screen printing machinery and digital print software, followed by assembly and inspection tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate screen and digital printing equipment to produce components to required standards

  • Prepare, clean, and maintain the work area and equipment

  • Use Adobe and other software to design and prepare artwork

  • Carry out inspections to ensure product quality and compliance

  • Support trials and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and safety

About You

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Confident using hand tools and following set procedures

  • Able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-focused environment
