Groundworkers Wanted in Kent! Immediate Start!

Are you an experienced, competent Groundworker looking for local work in Kent? We're seeking reliable individuals to join our busy sites immediately.

Key Requirements
  • Valid CSCS Card (Essential)

  • Valid Dumper Ticket (Essential)

  • Proven competence in all general groundworking duties.

  • Must provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.

  • Must supply two verifiable finishing references.

Groundworker Duties

As a competent Groundworker, you will be expected to expertly carry out a wide range of tasks on-site, including but not limited to:

  • Drainage: Laying pipework, connecting foul and surface water systems.

  • Concreting: Preparation, pouring, and finishing concrete slabs and foundations.

  • Shuttering/Formwork: Setting up timber or metal formwork for concrete pours.

  • Footings & Foundations: Digging, preparing, and boxing out for foundations.

  • General Labouring: Assisting trades, maintaining a clean and safe site, and supporting materials movement.

  • Operating the Dumper safely and efficiently as required.

  • Roads & Paths: Curb laying, block paving, and general hard landscaping.
