️ 360 Excavator Operators Wanted - Kent! ️

Are you an experienced 360 Excavator Operator looking for immediate work in Kent? We have multiple opportunities available with guaranteed 3-4 weeks of work!

Essential Requirements

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS Certification (The specific plant operator qualification for 360 Excavators).
  • Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (Must have and wear at all times: Hard hat, Hi-vis vest/jacket, Safety boots, Gloves, and Eye protection).

  • Right to Work in the UK (Proof required).

  • Must provide two verifiable finishing references.

  • Availability to work consistently over the next 3-4 weeks.

360 Operator Duties (Excavator Driver)

As a skilled 360 Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the machine for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Bulk Excavation: Digging trenches, foundations, footings, and reducing ground levels accurately according to engineering plans.

  • Trenching and Backfilling: Preparing and maintaining trenches for utilities (e.g., drainage, cables) and accurately backfilling trenches once work is complete.

  • Loading and Offloading: Loading materials (e.g., spoil, muck, aggregates) onto dumpers, trucks, or into skips.

  • Material Movement: Lifting, moving, and placing heavy materials or objects with precision, including pipes and concrete sections.

  • Site Grading: Carrying out finishing and leveling works to prepare sub-bases for concrete or paving.

  • Maintenance & Safety: Conducting thorough daily pre-start checks, reporting any defects immediately, and ensuring the machine is operated safely at all times, adhering to site rules and regulations.
