Consulting Partner | UK (Hybrid / Remote) | Full Time

Our client is a progressive management consultancy operating under an LLP structure. The firm combines fee-based consulting work with investment in sustainable technology and owner-managed ventures, offering partners a unique blend of strategic advisory and equity participation. With a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture, the partnership focuses on long-term impact, innovation, and shared success.

Are you the right person for the job?

• You’re an experienced management consultant or senior professional with at least 5 years’ leadership experience in consulting or professional services
• You have a strong track record of developing and delivering strategic projects for major public or private sector clients
• You’re confident engaging at the C-suite and board level, with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
• You’re a strategic thinker with expertise in sectors such as infrastructure, property, transport, or low-carbon technologies
• You’re entrepreneurial, collaborative, and motivated by the opportunity to help shape a growing partnership
• You hold a full driving licence and are open to travel across the UK (and occasionally Europe)

What will your role look like?

• Join initially as an Associate Partner for six months, progressing to full Partner subject to review
• Lead client relationships, oversee project delivery, and shape proposals for new engagements
• Develop new business opportunities through credibility and insight — not aggressive sales targets
• Work flexibly across business development, delivery, and equity ventures based on your strengths
• Support and mentor future firm leaders while contributing to governance and firm-wide strategy
• Contribute to the management and growth of the firm’s private equity portfolio, including participation in boards where relevant
• Deliver projects across a wide range of areas, including regeneration, public sector transformation, and sustainability initiatives
• Help enhance diversity and foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and entrepreneurial thinking

What can you expect in return?

• Profit-share Model– no fixed salary; earnings are based on partnership performance, with profits shared among partners
• Typical partner income of around £10K per month based on active project delivery
• A share of capital proceeds from equity assets held by the partnership’s investment arm
• Complete flexibility — work remotely, visiting client sites as needed
• Opportunity to shape the direction of the business and take part in a genuine ownership model
• Open to UK-based candidates as well as professionals in Western Europe who can manage UK projects and help develop European business
