What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a senior nursing role within a nursing home or similar setting
- Strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and understanding of dementia care
- Passion for delivering person-centred care and driving quality improvement
- Excellent communication, team management, and decision-making skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of care regulations and safeguarding responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong clinical leadership to nursing and care staff across the home
- Oversee the delivery of high standards of personalised nursing care
- Conduct regular care audits, risk assessments, and clinical supervisions
- Ensure effective medication management and compliance with all clinical governance standards
- Support with care planning and ongoing assessment of residents' health and wellbeing
- Act as a role model and mentor for the wider care team, promoting best practices
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless care coordination
