Make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people aged 16–25 who are currently in or have left the care of the Local Authority.

As a Personal Advisor within the Leaving Care Team, you'll play a vital role in helping young people navigate their journey to independence.

This position is shaped by the principles of the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000 and the Children and Social Work Act 2017, ensuring that every young person receives the support, guidance, and advocacy they deserve.

This is a 25.9 hour role and may be duty based or a bespoke Personal Advisor role

  • Opportunity to purchase up to 25 days annual leave
  • Employee Assistance Programme - We have an employee support programme run by Health Assured, an independent, external organisation.
