We’re a motivated and enthusiastic team within Lincolnshire’s Children’s Early Help Service and the Team Around the Family (TAF) are looking for a Senior TAF Consultant to lead and support our Team Around the Family Consultant’s in the East Lindsey and Lincoln and West Lindsey locality, we want someone with energy, expertise, and vision to join us.



Due to recent changes in immigration law in the UK we are unable to offer skilled worker visa sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the requirements of RQF Level 6.

About the Role

As Senior TAF Consultant, you’ll provide day-to-day leadership, advice, and guidance to a team of at least 7 TAF Consultants. You’ll be responsible for assisting to help shape and deliver integrated services that support children and young people in their communities, working closely with professionals across agencies to embed evidence-based practice and drive continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for assisting and delivering on a range of local and national projects such as Young Carers, Reducing Parental Conflict etc. The role involves strategic leadership, multi-agency collaboration, and promoting evidence-based practice. Candidates should hold a relevant degree and 5 years’ experience of working in the children’s sector, possess strong safeguarding knowledge, and demonstrate expertise in supervision, communication, and multi-agency working. Familiarity with Signs of Safety and current legislation is essential.
