The Role:
We’re seeking a Part-Time Land Research Assistant to help identify potential landfill sites suitable for waste management and assist with broader land and property searches. The role will involve using our in-house mapping and analysis software, online research, and basic data entry to support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential landfill and waste sites across the UK.
• Use our in-house software to assess suitability and compile reports.
• Conduct general property and land searches to support acquisition projects.
• Maintain accurate records of findings and assist with data organisation.
• Liaise with the acquisitions team to share insights and progress updates.
Requirements:
• Strong research and computer skills.
• Comfortable using mapping tools or willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Interest in land, property, or environmental research (experience an advantage but not essential).
• Reliable and proactive approach.
