Summary

We are a UK-based retail and e-commerce company specializing in the sale of high-quality games and toys. Our mission is to bring fun, creativity, and imagination to children and families through a wide range of innovative products. With both online and physical store operations, we are rapidly expanding our sales channels across the UK and overseas.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility across retail and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retail partners, and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities, including wholesale clients and collaborations with toy/game brands.
• Support marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and online sales events.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to optimize product offerings.
• Prepare sales reports and assist management with market insights and sales forecasts.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• More than 1 year of sales or retail experience (preferably in toys, games, or consumer goods).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience in e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, or similar) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with suppliers and customers.
• Passion for toys, games, and retail innovation.
