Job Title: Site Cleaner

Location: Salford, Manchester
Contract Duration: Until 24th December 2025 (with potential for extension)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 12:30 (4 hours per day)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Site Cleaner to join our team at a leading rail client’s site compound based in Salford, Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site, ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment for all staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general cleaning duties across offices, welfare areas, and site facilities.

  
  

• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within set timeframes.

  
  

• Replenish consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet roll, etc.) as required.

  
  

• Empty bins and dispose of waste safely and appropriately.

  
  

• Follow all site health and safety procedures and report any hazards or maintenance issues.

  
  

• Work independently and as part of a team to maintain site cleanliness.

  
  Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred, ideally within a site or industrial environment.

    
    

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.

    
    

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.

    
    

  • Manual Handling certificate desirable.

    
    

  • Must be able to commit to the full duration of the contract.
