- Maintaining a structured routine that provides a sense of security

He has made significant progress in building confidence and independence. Your support will help him continue to grow and thrive.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Support Worker, you'll be:

- Providing Personal Care: Supporting with daily routines and hygiene

- Promoting Independence: Encouraging choice and autonomy in daily life

- Managing Behaviours of Distress: Using calm, confident approaches (training provided)

- Planning Activities: Creatively supporting new experiences and community engagement

- Building Relationships: Creating a sense of safety, trust, and consistency

- Calm & Confident: Able to remain composed in challenging situations

- Self-Aware & Considered: Understands the importance of tone, timing, and presence

- Creative & Proactive: Brings fresh ideas and thoughtful planning to each day

- Detail-Oriented: Pays close attention to routines and individual preferences

- Driver: Auto-friendly licence essential for community access

Experience with behaviours of distress and PROACT-SCIPr-UK is desirable, but not essential—we'll provide full training if you share our values.
