About the Role:
Search Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Crane Team to join a prestigious, long-term project based in the West End of Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure up to 2 years of consistent work on a major development for skilled and safety-focused professionals.
We are looking for a Crane Operative, Crane Supervisor, and Slinger/Signaller to form a reliable, high-performing team responsible for safe and efficient lifting operations on-site.
Available Positions:
Crane Operative - Experienced in operating tower cranes on busy, complex sites.
Crane Supervisor - Responsible for managing all lifting operations in compliance with LOLER and site safety procedures.
Slinger/Signaller - Competent in coordinating crane movements, ensuring communication and safety standards are met at all times.
Requirements:
Valid and in-date CPCS or NPORS certification for the relevant role.
Proven experience on large construction projects.
Excellent understanding of lifting operations and site safety.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
