Academic Registry are seeking to recruit a Student Administration Manager within the Registry Services team. Reporting directly to the Head of Registry Services, you will support the work of the Academic Registry and have line management responsibility for a team that supports the delivery of key business processes relating to student administration and student finance.

You will have specific responsibility for the accuracy and maintenance of a student's personal and academic record. In addition, you will oversee the generation of tuition fee invoices, fee collection and the management of sponsorships and studentships.

In an increasing financially challenging sector, reliable data within the student system is key in securing the right level of funding. You will support the full range of registry and student record keeping processes from registration, through enrolment, assessment, progression, and completion.

This role will ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and deal with academic and regulatory queries from both students and academic colleagues. You will be required to liaise with Faculties, Professional Service teams and external stakeholders and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential with the ability to convey information of a complex and specialist nature in an appropriate style.
