We are looking for Room Leaders to join the team in Banbury, the roles are working 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days! The salary is from £30,000-£31,000 with many benefits.
All Room Leaders will have the opportunities to develop their own knowledge and skills in all aspects of early education through regular training as well as attending 6-weekly supervisions.
You will encourage and motivate a team of up to seven staff, drawing on their skills and interests to maintain the best possible learning opportunities and environments available to the children. You will work with an allocated budget and work closely with the management team. Anti-racist practice and trauma informed approaches are at the heart of everything , from our curriculum and learning environment all the way through to our policies, leadership approaches and staff wellbeing commitments
Requirements
· Approved Level 3 EY Qualification or above
· At least two years’ UK Early Years experience
· At least one years' experience of leading an area of practice
