Crynodeb
We are seeking experienced Care Workers to join our dedicated team in Wokingham and the surrounding areas. You will be providing essential support to individuals in care homes and nursing homes, promoting their independence, dignity, and wellbeing in a professional and compassionate manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in accordance with their care plans.
b. Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, personal hygiene, and meal preparation.
c. Work effectively as part of a care team and follow company policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
a. Full-time right to work in the UK
b. Minimum 1 year of care experience
c. DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to complete a DBS check with us)
d. Up-to-date practical Moving and Handling, practical First Aid, and other mandatory care training
e. Flexibility to work 4–5 shifts per week, including weekends
f. Strong teamwork and communication skills
