P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently looking for a Technical Support Team Leader on a full-time, temporary basis (sick cover) to join their team in Great Yarmouth.

Role Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for administrative support, health and safety co-ordination, Line management for Technical Support Team.

Main Responsibilities:
• Have overall responsibility and carry out routine checks and basic care/maintenance of back-office systems.
• Book and minute Company Board meetings.
• Filing Director appointments and resignations.
• Agenda planning
• Payroll entry as requested by the operations team.
• Data entry, analysis, and consolidation.
• Process new starter paperwork, personnel file entries and updating operational records.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, customers, and partners as required for business continuity, or as requested by the operational team.
• Schedule meetings as requested.
• Minute taking and noting meetings as required.
• Exercise skills in customer care when dealing and communicating with members of the public, customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Organise Technical Support team and manage/plan annual leave requests.
• Implement performance management
• Keep records and calendar of CPD, equipment testing and depot certification due dates
• Complete Company paperwork/records as required, e.g., timesheets, work records, etc.
• Coordinate and book training and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate Health and Safety in accordance with support services from H&S provider.
• Coordinate projects and services as directed.

Person Specification:
• Knowledge of data recording and analysis
• Experienced in the use of back-office systems
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
• Previous experience in leading people
• Demonstrated knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft systems
• Ability to follow Health and Safety instructions
• Flexibility and enthusiasm to adapt and develop new ideas and initiatives

Working Hours
• Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:00)
