We are seeking fully qualified Primary Teachers (ECTs welcome) for a range of exciting roles from day-to-day supply to long-term contracts and permanent placements across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) classrooms in Leeds. As a Randstad teacher, you will be empowered to plan, deliver, and assess the learning of your class, driving attainment and fostering a love of learning in every child.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and Deliver engaging, differentiated, and high-quality lessons that adhere to the UK National Curriculum.

Assess, Record, and Report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils, providing constructive feedback and targets.

Create and Manage a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued and included.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively, implementing school policies to promote a calm and productive atmosphere.

Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, senior leadership, and parents to support the holistic development of all pupils.

Attend and contribute to staff meetings, CPD sessions, and school events as required by the role.
What We Look for in You

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential (UK or recognised equivalent). Applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly welcomed.

Recent experience teaching within a UK Primary School setting (KS1 or KS2).

Thorough knowledge of the UK Primary National Curriculum.

Outstanding classroom management and organisational skills.

A high level of resilience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching.

A fully enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one) registered on the Update Service.
