Do you believe that sport has the power to inspire confidence, connection, and growth?

Are you someone who finds joy in helping young people discover their strengths - on and off the field?

If you bring energy, empathy, and a steady, encouraging presence, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Provision

This specialist sports provision is a calm, relationship-led environment designed for young people aged 11-16 who find traditional school settings challenging.

Here, every day is built around trust, wellbeing, and the belief that movement, teamwork, and positive relationships can help students thrive.

The setting is based within a beautiful local sports club, surrounded by open space and fantastic facilities - from football and rugby pitches to squash courts and archery ranges.

✓ Celebrating small successes and helping students navigate challenges with empathy and encouragement

What You'll Gain

✓ A beautiful, peaceful working environment within a vibrant sports community

✓ Regular professional development and reflective practice opportunities
