Location: RAF Waddington | Salary: £29,107 per annum | Hours: 40/week | Contract: Full-time, Permanent
? About the Role
ESS is looking for a motivated Soft Facilities Manager to lead a cleaning team of 30, ensuring exceptional facilities, cleaning, and accommodation services across your site. You’ll manage budgets, drive service excellence, and champion safety and compliance, creating a welcoming and professional environment for staff and clients alike.
? What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 30 colleagues.
- Point of contact for all Waste Sub Contractors
- Oversee facilities management, cleaning, and accommodation services.
- Manage budgets, resources, and third-party suppliers.
- Maintain high standards through audits, quality checks, and client engagement.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance and implement company policies.
- Deal with client queries and managing expectations
? About You
- Experienced in facilities or hospitality management, with at least 12 months managing a large team (20+).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- IT literate, numerate, and able to meet deadlines.
- UK manual driving licence.
Desirable: NVQ Level 3, Health & Safety knowledge.
