Basic Job Profile
• Deliver engaging, community-based activities for clients.
• Monitor and adapt activities to meet client needs.
• Provide practical support, including personal care and medication in line with company policies.
• Help maintain service quality and drive improvements by raising concerns as needed.
• Accurately organise and maintain records.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
• Work from various locations when necessary.
• Participate in supervision and appraisal processes.
• Advocate for members as a link worker, following manager instructions.
• Act as a positive representative of the company.

Applicants should be willing to join scheduled training and development, have or be open to learning IT skills to access online tools, and be flexible with personal and domestic duties to ensure a positive client experience. Experience in adult social care is beneficial but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided.
