Salary: Band 4, £26,106 - £26,403 (Please note it is Northumbria Police policy to appoint at the beginning of the band)
Location: Agile - Fourth Banks Police Station one day a week and homeworking. Please be advised this may change to two days a week depending on changes to Force policy.
Hours/Contract: 37 hours per week, 12 month fixed term contract (2 posts)

This could be the perfect time for you to join us in our Workforce Planning and Insights Department as a People Systems Administrator.
As a People Systems Administrator you will provide a comprehensive service to support people system updates and business processes effectively and efficiently within the People Systems and Analytics team.
What you’ll do
Coordinate and set up new employees/volunteers on all core people systems (including Chronicle, Crown DMS, Unit 4), liaising with various teams and supporting line managers.
Ensure relevant system access is complete for new employees and internal staff/officer transfers/moves, and be the point of contact for any queries to ensure individuals feel valued and engaged.
Manage security and user access to people systems, ensuring compliance with Data Protection, and set up systems accurately to reflect correct establishment and role access.
Undertake system updates to enable accurate control of system access, establishment, training, and competency data, supporting forecasting, succession planning, and resourcing.
Support the development of core people systems by liaising with People Systems Analysts, Coordinators, and key stakeholders, gathering and sharing information for improvement and correcting system errors.
