Duties of an Employability Compliance Officer:



•     To provide project support to ‘Employability Services’ partnership with specific emphasis on performance management for a range of innovative of employability projects which support our priority clients into sustainable employment with support from Scottish Government and Area Committee funding.



•     Apply specialist knowledge and competence with the organisation’s chosen software support tool (currently FORT CRMS), and other project management software support tools such as those for Risk Assessment and Management. Training will be provided during placement period for any specialist training.



•     Assist the project manager(s) to control and monitor project budgets and costs to agreed tolerances



•     Assist with the compiling of performance reports for Scottish Government, Fife Partnership, Opportunities Fife Partnership and local projects



•     Directly support the production and presentation of reports, guidance and other documentation relating to Fife Employability Pathway programme



Essential Skills/ Aptitudes:



•     Qualified to SCQF Level 7 which includes HNC or Advanced Highers or equivalent.

•     Project management skills

•     Experience of using management information systems such as FORT

•     Experience within a similar role





Working 36 hours per week (Monday – Friday) at an FC6. Based at Skills Development Conference Centre, Kirkcaldy, KY1 3NL with options for blended working.

Anticipated start date: January 2026



Pre- Paid Work Placement requirements - Eligibility to work in UK check and Criminal Convictions declaration.

Induction arrangements/ training required - Employability Project Co-Ordinator will provide full induction that will start on first day. Regular contact with Manager and initially weekly meetings to Review progress. First week will consist of e-learning mandatory training. A ‘buddy’ will be assigned to provide training, but support will be available from the whole Team.
