Completely care is working with a well-established care company to find dedicated Support Workers with the All Wales Manual Handling Passport to join our team in Ystrad Mynach. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference while enjoying flexible shifts and a rewarding career in care!
As a support worker you will:
Work in a person-centred way, putting clients’ needs first.
Assist with moving and handling, using equipment safely and in line with policy.
Support clients with personal care, daily activities, and meals.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date.
Requirements:
6 months UK care experience.
An enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake one.
A caring personality and a strong desire to support others.
