Phoenix Care Staff are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team, working in Care Homes across Lancaster and the surrounding areas.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.68, plus holiday pay and weekly pay for your convenience.
The ideal candidate will hold a practical Moving and Handling certificate and have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
• Build positive and supportive relationships with residents
• Deliver person-centred care at all times
• Assist clients with daily personal care and routines
• Support with light housekeeping tasks
• Ensure care and assistance are provided to the highest standard
• Follow safe moving and handling practices
