Invictus Complex Care is a Nurse-led clinical care provider, providing support throughout the UK. We recruit specifically for our clients, to ensure competence and longevity in the team.

Part-time | 2–3 shifts per week | 9am–2pm- ideal for working parents | 3-week rolling rota

We are looking for kind, reliable, and patient Care Assistants to join a small care team supporting a friendly client in the Malmesbury area.

Our client currently lives in a nursing home but is planning to return to a home-based environment based in Purton in the near future. The client has a brain injury, learning disability, and autism, and requires support to live safely and comfortably at home.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide day-to-day assistance with:

Personal care and daily living routines
Continence care- client has a catheter and wears incontinence pads
Moving and handling tasks using manual hoist
Light domestic duties to maintain a safe and welcoming home environment
Social and leisure activities to promote independence and wellbeing
Hours & Rota

Shifts: 9:00am – 2:00pm
2–3 shifts per week, on a 3-week rolling rota (to include weekends on rotation)
About You

We’re looking for a Care Assistant who is:

Compassionate, reliable, and committed to person-centred care
Confident working both independently and as part of a small team
Experienced in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, or acquired brain injury (preferred but not essential – full training will be provided)
