About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and ambitious teacher to join our team and lead a core subject (English, Maths or Science) across the school. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who can inspire others, drive school improvement and take on a leadership role with a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR).
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the development and delivery of a core subject across the school
• Raise standards of pupil attainment and achievement
• Support and develop the teaching practice of colleagues
• Monitor and evaluate curriculum impact and pupil progress
• Contribute to whole-school strategic planning and improvement
• Model outstanding classroom practice and professional conduct
• Collaborate with SLT to drive school priorities and initiatives
About You
You will be:
• A qualified teacher with substantial experience in primary education
• Proven ability to raise standards and lead curriculum development
• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of effective pedagogy
• Passionate about inclusive education and raising standards for all pupils.
• Skilled in driving improvement and managing change.
• Deeply committed to our Christian ethos and values.
