• Supporting the Centre Leader with planning and scheduling lessons.
• Carrying out home visits to help families prepare for home teaching, including completing risk assessments.
• Building strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff to reduce barriers to engagement and promote a positive learning experience.

This is more than just an administrative post—you will be a key link in helping some of our most vulnerable learners reconnect with education.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong communicator who’s confident in working with families, children, and professionals.
• Experience in attendance, safeguarding, or family support work is highly desirable.
• Someone who thrives in a flexible, fast-paced, and people-focused role.
• Strong planning and IT skills for managing tutor deployment and lesson tracking.
• A real team player, committed to improving outcomes for children.

Why Join Us?
