The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for Nights Transport Coordinators on behalf of our well-established client based in Tamworth.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced transport office, providing key operational and customer service support to drivers and clients across the UK.
The Role:- Providing a consistently high level of customer service to all clients
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer and driver requests
- Allocating jobs and plan driver schedules to meet agreed SLAs
- Maintaining continuous communication between drivers and customers throughout the delivery process
- Costing and pricing jobs accurately for both customer and driver
- Handling live customer issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Ensuring full awareness of real-time driver and vehicle availability
- Working collaboratively with the transport team to maximise efficiency and profitability
- 4 on 4 off
- Nights - 19:00-07:00 or 21:00-09:00
- Previous transport office or planning experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and transport systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Professional approach with strong customer focus
