Our client, a respected educational institution in Reading, Berkshire, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioural challenges, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised behaviour support plans. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-to-one support to students, helping them to manage their emotions, develop positive relationships, and engage effectively in their learning. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to regular reviews of their support plans.

- Proven experience working with children or young people with behavioural difficulties
