Job Overview
We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Parcel Sorters / Warehouse Operatives to join our client's busy warehouse team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring parcels are sorted accurately and efficiently for distribution.

Key Responsibilities
* Sorting parcels by size, destination, and priority
* Loading and unloading vehicles safely
* Using scanners and other equipment to track parcels
* Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the warehouse
* Meeting performance targets and deadlines
* Ensuring all handling procedures are followed correctly

* Good level of physical fitness (manual handling required)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable and punctual work ethic
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Must have a valid DBS check or be willing to obtain one
