Garnell Corporate Communications have a brand new opening for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator & Technical Support

We are looking for a really efficient, well organised person who has either technical experience or a willingness to learn as technical support is a key part of the role, to join our amazing Customer Service team. In return, the Customer Service Administrator Can Expect:
• Competitive salary of £26,000 - £27,500

The Customer Service Administrator Role:
Customers are at the heart of everything we do, and as a Customer Service Administrator you will be a key member of the team delivering outstanding customer service & technical support to our business clients. (Working title is Client Liaison & Tech Support Exec)
This Customer Service Administrator role is a great blend of providing 1st & 2nd line support, as well as being responsible for the associated administration - therefore an excellent telephone manner combined with accurate admin skills are vital for the role.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
• Providing support to Corporate Clients on a wide variety of mobile and fixed line enquiries (via phone and email)
• Dealing with our network providers to resolve technical queries (full training will be provided)
• Liaising with suppliers for quotations / general enquiries
• Processing new business for mobile and fixed line services
• Proactive project management
• Providing support to the sales team
• General office administration duties including updating databases
• Producing monthly and ad hoc client reports in Excel (full training will be provided)
Skills & Experience Required:
• Enthusiastic with a “can do attitude”
• Technical experience or a willingness to learn technical support as this is a key part of the role
• Someone who loves to “take ownership”
• Accurate with good attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Able to use their own initiative as well as working as part of a team
• Ability to learn new tasks
