The Opportunity
Are you an experienced and dynamic leader ready to take our housekeeping team to the next level? We're looking for a Hotel Housekeeping Manager to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest service in our hotel.
What You'll Do:
- Lead with Excellence: Manage the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, supervising the team, managing schedules, conducting training, and ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are spotless.
- Inspire & Develop: Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and oversee the training and development of your team.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Implement Policies: Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Manage Operations: Oversee schedules, assign tasks, and ensure all housekeeping duties are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Control Expenses: Monitor and control housekeeping expenses, including labor and supply costs.
- Maintain Inventory: Keep track of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed.
- Respond Promptly: Address guest requests and complaints promptly, taking appropriate action to resolve issues.

Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years of experience in a hotel housekeeping management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and senior management.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and housekeeping standards.
- Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
