Recruitment Professionals is recruiting for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursery group with excellent facilities and a supportive management structure.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled early years professional to take on a leadership role within a high-quality childcare setting.
About the Role:
• Support the Nursery Manager in the daily running of the nursery
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding childcare and education
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safeguarding regulations
• Maintain a high standard of care, learning, and safety across the setting
• Assist with staff training, supervision, and performance management
• Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community
What We’re Looking For:
• Level 3+ Early Years qualification (higher qualifications desirable)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior or management role within early years
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS requirements
• Positive, professional, and proactive approach
Salary: £35,944 – £41,935 per annum
Hours: Full-time, all year round
