About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and creative Primary Teacher to join one of our welcoming partner schools on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning, creating a positive classroom environment, and supporting the progress and wellbeing of all pupils.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or a strong ECT looking to work in a supportive school community.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
-Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
-Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of children of varying abilities, including SEND and EAL learners.
-Maintain excellent classroom behaviour and high expectations for learning.
-Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders.
-Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers.
-Keep accurate records of progress and contribute to school assessments.
Requirements:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
-Experience teaching within a Primary setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
-Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
-Ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons.
-A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching.
-Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
