The Role:
Under the guidance of the Enquiry and Applicant Support Manager for Enquiries and Admissions Service you will:
• Support the delivery of a comprehensive, customer-focused, integrated, cost-effective, and progressive enquiries and conversion service.
• Assist the Enquiry and Applicant Support Manager, Senior Officer, and Officers in maintaining relationships with faculties involved in international recruitment.
• Contribute as part of a dedicated frontline team focused on high-level customer service.
• Enhance the applicant and student journey by increasing conversion from enquiry to application, offer, and enrolment.
• Ensure accurate and timely information is provided to pre- and post-application enquirers across multiple platforms/channels.
Key Accountabilities
• Manage and respond to enquiries via SITS, email, CRM systems, and telephone.
• Support the maintenance of the ELCAS (Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme) process for armed forces members.
• Collaboratively manage individual workload to meet team and university objectives.
• Facilitate conversion from enquiry to application, and from application to enrolment.
• Influence conversion activities such as events, webinars, panels, and direct applicant engagement.
• Act as a university ambassador, offering support and guidance to enquirers and applicants.
• Promote a culture of excellence in customer service and contribute to service improvement projects.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to streamline conversion services and avoid duplication.
• Align efforts with the University’s strategic plan to enhance conversion in a competitive environment.
• Record and compile enquiry and conversion data for reporting to the University Executive Group.
• Follow established processes to meet targets and service standards.
• Make task-related decisions within designated responsibilities.
• Adapt to changing service needs by prioritizing designated activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and project outcomes.
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week (both full-time and part-time applications will be considered) on a fixed-term basis until31 December 2026 to cover a secondment.
About the role
For this role, you will need to be on site 4 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
