Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real impact?
Why this role matters
As a key member of our team, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our site runs safely, efficiently, and reliably. From proactive maintenance to rapid response repairs, your expertise will help us minimise downtime and keep our operations moving.
What you’ll be doing
• Designing and delivering a robust maintenance programme (preventive & predictive).
• Responding quickly to breakdowns and faults, ensuring equipment is safe and operational.
• Coordinating contractors and trade services for inspections, repairs, and project work.
• Managing spare parts and materials to optimise inventory and reduce repair costs.
• Overseeing site infrastructure including security systems and waste management.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Leading small-scale projects and supporting larger ones with technical input and contractor supervision.
What we’re looking for
• A multi-skilled engineer
• Electrical or electro-mechanical background desirable
• Experience with permits to work, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
• Ideally, experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with plumbing, compressed air, or industrial ovens.
• A proactive mindset with strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Safety-conscious, with IOSH/NEBOSH training (or willingness to complete it).
What’s in it for you?
• A dynamic role where your input directly impacts performance and safety.
• The chance to lead and shape maintenance practices and improvement projects.
• A supportive team environment that values innovation and continuous learning.
• Opportunities for professional development and training.

Applications for a part time role will be considered.
